Middle East Grain Congress-2018

17th of February 2018
Starting at 9 a.m.

APK-Inform Agency
announces the holding of the fourth international conference Middle East Grain Congress.

The region of North Africa and the Middle East, in other words the MENA region, traditionally plays one of the key roles in the global wheat market in terms of grain supply prospects. In the season-2017/18 shipment in this direction will grow, despite the increase in wheat production in the Middle East and North Africa compared to last year (41.2 million tons and 17.8 million tons against 39.9 million tons million tons and 14 million tons, harvested in 2016/17 MY, respectively). High demand for products against the background of population growth and, as a consequence, growing imports attract the attention of world players.

Given Dubai's growing role as a trading and financial hub, for the third consecutive year we are holding a conference in one of three best trading centers in the world, the UAE. At the crossroads of the Asia- Africa trade routes, as well as Asia and Europe, Middle East Grain Congress participants will be able to discuss critical questions, as well as visit the largest international food industry exhibition in the Gulf countries, Gulfood 2018.

Middle East Grain Congress is supported by India Middle East Agro Trade Industry & Investment Forum.
